Provision of the commodity as follows:

COMMODITY DETAILS

•          Commodity: Electrolytic Copper Cathodes, Grade A, 99.99% (99.97% Minimum, Non-registered L.M.E)

•          Origin: Democratic Republic of Congo

•          Packing: Pallets

•          Delivery Terms for Trial Shipment: Congo Bonded Warehouse / FOB DRC / Zambia / Tanzania

•          Delivery Terms for Contract Shipment: Congo Bonded Warehouse / FOB DRC / Zambia / Tanzania

•          Quantity: Trial shipment up to 500 MT, followed by 3,000 MT monthly

•          Contract Period: Trial shipment + 12 Months (renewable)

•          Pricing: LME 85% (15% Discount)

•          Shipping Terms: EXW DRC / FOB / CIF Tanzania / Zambia

 

PAYMENT TERMS

• For EXW Deliveries:

Buyer and Seller sign the Contract and Performa Invoice (PI). Buyer issues financial guarantee instrument (MT799, Escrow Account, BG, DLC, or SBLC). Payment by TT (MT103) shall be made before truck departure from Seller’s factory/warehouse.

• For FOB / Bonded Warehouse Deliveries:

Buyer and Seller sign the Contract and Performa Invoice (PI). Buyer issues financial guarantee instrument (MT799, Escrow Account, BG, DLC, or SBLC). Payment by TT (MT103) shall be made after successful inspection at the bonded warehouse or upon delivery to destination, as agreed by both parties.

• Inspection: SGS / Robinson International (or equivalent) at Seller’s warehouse.

 

 

PROCEDURE CONFIRMATION

1. Buyer issues LOI together with CIS to:

2. Buyer receives and reviews Seller’s SPA.
3. Buyer signs, stamps, and returns the SPA.
4. Seller issues PI and Buyer issues financial guarantee instrument (MT799, Escrow Account, BG, DLC, or SBLC). (please choose which guarantee you can issue)
5. Seller delivers the product according to agreed terms.
6. Inspection and payment completion.
