The DANARG Artificial Intelligence Water Generator (DANARG Waters AiWG) is a machine that extracts water from the humidity in the air. This state-of-the-art water-generating machine features the 3rd generation technology that uses the latest and most advanced technology available in the industry today – the heat exchange system. In other words, the DANARG AiWG generates pure drinking water by extracting the moisture from the surrounding air.

What temperature and humidity do I have to have for the machine to produce water?

How does DANARG Waters AiWG work?

The DANARG Waters AiWG extracts moisture from the atmosphere through a heat exchange system process and transforms it into absolutely clean, pure, safe and healthy drinking water. Equipped with air filtration and multiple-stage water filtration and purification processes, DANARG Waters AiWG produces pure and clean drinking water. The high-intensity Ultra Violet (UV) light, installed at different stages of the water production, ensures elimination of microorganism and bacteria, ensuring safe drinking water to all.

The DANARG Waters AiWG operating humidity and temperature are 28% – 95% and 15ºC – 40ºC.

Would the humidity be lower in an indoor environment with air-conditioning?

Yes, the humidity is slightly lower in such an environment or in a confined area compared to outdoor.

When placed in a closed room or office, will it cause the skin of the people in (the same room) dry particularly with the presence of an air-conditioner?

No, there is no significant impact. Nature maintains the equilibrium.

Is there enough water in the atmosphere?

There is an estimated 3.1 quadrillion (3.1 followed by 24 zeroes) gallons of water in the atmosphere at any given time. This is the Earth’s second largest water depositary just behind surface water (rivers, seas and oceans), which is mostly salt water. This source is virtually untapped as a source of drinking and cooking water.

With so many impurities in the air, how can I be sure that the water produced by DANARG Waters AiWG is safe to drink?

Water that moves through the DANARG Waters AiWG unit goes through the 8-stage (MW 20) / 9-stage (MW 70) filtration system that removes particulate matter as small as 0.01 microns. Water produced with the unit is 99% pure.

With pure water in the reservoir, how long before it becomes stagnant or stale?

DANARG Waters AiWG prevents bacteria build up by re-circulating the water stored at timed intervals, ensuring the water stays 100% fresh, pure, and ready to drink at all times.

What is UV filtration?

Ultra Violet (UV) light treatment is a method of disinfecting that kills and prevent formation of new bacteria, viruses and other microorganism ensuring safe drinking water.

What are the health benefits of drinking water generated by DANARG Waters AiWG?

Is there any mineral in the DANARG Waters AiWG water?

Yes, basic minerals are maintained. The Alkaline Filter also adds basic mineral into the water.

The water produced is called sky water since it is taken from atmospheric vapour; does it contain the pollutants as rainwater?

Although the air contains pollutants, the 8-stage (MW 20) / 9-stage (MW 70) filtration system effectively purifies the pollutants present in the air.

If the water produced is free from all pollutants and nutrients, is it categorized as distilled water which is a non-isotonic drink for humans?

No, it does not fall into the category of distilled water. Distilled water is produced through a process called distillation. DANARG Waters AiWG deploys an advanced heat exchange system to produce water.

Is DANARG Waters AiWG difficult to install?

DANARG Waters AiWG products are self-sustaining. It utilises a plug-and-play installation and requires no plumbing, water lines or pipes. Depending on the humidity levels, within a short time, you will have your own renewable source of pure water in your glass to drink and to cook with – no more heavy bottles to lift or recycle. The digital display shows the air temperature, humidity level, yield, water level and other information.

Will the machine overflow when full?

Our state-of-the-art 3rd generation units are controlled by a microprocessor that intelligently monitors the operations and performances. The microprocessor fully controls the production of water and stops when storage tanks are full. The microprocessor also detects accidental leaks and will automatically turn-off the DANARG Waters AiWG, as a safety feature.

What are the components that require changing and how often?

The DANARG Waters AiWG intelligently detects life span and/or failures of filters and LED UV Lamps and prompts for maintenance and/or replacements.

• Air filters require regular cleaning, i.e. every 3 to 6 months.

• Water filter requires regular cleaning, i.e. every 3 to 6 months.

• Replacement of air filter, water filters and UV lights shall be every 24 months if the machine is maintained and serviced regularly.

Which is the highly faulty component of DANARG Waters AiWG?

Air filters based on level of pollution.

Can the air filter be cleaned by the user or must it be serviced periodically by a technician?

The air filter can be cleaned and changed by the user. Please refer to the User’s Manual for instructions.

Can I replace the DANARG Waters AiWG filters with filters from other suppliers?

No, the DANARG Waters AiWG units must be used with original filters supplied by DANARG Waters.

If the machine is switched on after a period of non-use, will the machine filter the stored water first or will it immediately dispense the water (since the stored water is in alkaline form, it is easy for microorganisms to be present)?

Stored water is ready to be dispensed once the machine is switched on. It is highly recommended to allow the machine to re-circulate the stored water first (through its reflux process). The machine will automatically trigger the reflux process the moment it is switched on and water can be dispensed within 15 minutes.

Is the DANARG Waters AiWG a 2-in-1 air filter and water generator?

The DANARG Waters AiWG is a water generator and it also acts as dehumidifier as a secondary feature.

Why is there an audible sound and heat emission when the machine is at work?

The sound is generated from the blower in the machine during water production. The blower stops when water the storage tanks are full and there shall be no sound. Warm air dispelled from the machine is not at high rate and it easily and quickly dissolves in the into the surroundings.

The ventilation valve is at the side of the unit on the 20L (about 2-3ft above floor) and it emits warm air. What can be done as a measure of child safety (as toddlers are about this height)? And as for the 70L, the valve is at the top of the split unit, will there be any harm to the mechanism if small items were dropped into the machine?

Yes, it does emit warm air from the unit, and child safety has been taken into consideration. For the 20L unit, the ventilation valve space is around 5mm, Fingers will not be able to fit into through the vent. The warm air temperature is not too high, and hence, will not scald. For the 70L unit, the ventilation valve space is around 7mm, which is also a safe.

Is it acceptable to place the unit where it’s constantly oily, such as in the kitchen near the stove? And are there any other precautions to be taken in terms of where the unit is not recommended to be placed?

Yes, it is acceptable to place the 20L unit in a place where it’s constantly oily. The oil may influence the lifespan of air filters. Hence, it is recommended to check and change air filter frequently if it is placed in such an environment. Additionally, the unit is not recommended to be placed outdoors or in the bedroom.

Can DANARG Waters AiWG withstand sea water or salt content in the air?

There is no salt content in water stored in the atmosphere. Water that evaporates leaves salt and all other contaminants behind
